Standard Features

The standard package in the industry is r-21 batt in the walls, r-30 in the floor and r-38 in the ceilings.  Our package exceeds the industry standard with r-23 bibs in the walls (Bids, blown in blanket, is a superior product that out performs batt insulation, ask us how.), r-60 in the ceiling which reduces the possibility costly ice damming and r-38 in the floor.  This overflowing insulation package saves you money the life of the home and helps to make the interior temperature uniformly comfortable through your home.

The industry standard is a 16-foot-wide door. We use an 18-foot-wide door making it much easier to get in and out of your car even with two cars parked in the garage. No more squeezing out of the car doors

The industry standard is anywhere from 26″ to 30″ wide doors. We use the wider 36″ doors everywhere we can. This gives much more room to get you and our furniture in and out of your rooms. In the event you are wheelchair bound it will also be much easier for you to live in your home and age in place.

Industry standard is double pane windows.  We use triple pane windows that come with a life time warranty.  In addition, they have low E coating (Used for passive solar energy), ultraviolet protection (Reduces sun damage to home interior) and gas filled for energy efficiency.  The extra pane in addition to energy efficiency helps to reduce outside noise.

Once again the industry standard is plain old chrome faucets.  We include multiple color options as standard adding beauty to your home.

The industry standard is a 30-year roof.  We use a 50-year roof that carries a 130-mph wind guarantee and is a class A roof that cannot burn in case of fire.  Don’t worry, when the big, bad wolf blows your roof stays there protecting your investment.

Industry standard is three to five showers and five-foot tub/shower.  To add comfort, we upgrade your bathrooms with in many cases to six-foot showers and tub/shower.

Once again the industry standard is plain looking recessed panel cabinets. Since in many cases the kitchen is the focal point of your home, we add in richer looking raised panel soft close cabinets along with eye catching crown molding and door/drawer pulls. Our standards includes stain and paint grade packages.
